Chiseled in Rock Tuesday

I'm over at Chiseled in Rock today with another What's New from Rocky Fiction Writers? If you love to read, you'll want to see what our RMFW authors have to offer.

And we have a contest for writers going on too, so be sure to check Monday's post: Contest! Contest! Where do you get your leeches?

Oh, how cute/hilarious. Patricia's Chicken. You've changed!! Maybe you posted this earlier and I missed it. I've been out of blogging pretty much for a week, working on revisions.

Want to thank you. You post about watching Netflix on Roku got me to Roku. What's that, I said. I needed this for me and Jen!! So you didn't know you helped us, but you did!!

I hope we all have a great writing/blogging year. And I'm looking forward to catching up on reading, including the Desert Hedge Murders. I used to be able to read more; guess that was before I became a caregiver and got so old (lol)!

Mary, Elizabeth, and Clarissa -- thanks!!!

Hi Ann -- The chicken has only been up for a couple of days. I'm being silly, just for fun.

That Netflix/Roku combination has been great, especially during the vacations when all my favorite TV shows are reruns. One movie I'd recommend is a filmed version of a Noel Coward story -- it's called Easy Virtue and stars Jessica Biel and Colin Firth. And the best documentary ever is called Born into Brothels (from the "kids with cameras project" in the Calcutta red light district--it's wonderful and inspirational).

I'm also looking forward to a great writing and blogging year. And I'm going to watch less television so I can read more books...my To Be Read list is out of control.

I'll pop over too. I LOVE the chicken. Noticed it yesterday and thought - 'has that been here for awhile?' nah, I would've noticed a chicken...
