It melted right away (but not before I had a chance to watch the locals try to drive uphill on slick roads...very entertaining).Patricia Stolteyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17192369425956406122noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6757567191914795875.post-45230311304695632562011-11-03T16:49:46.139-06:002011-11-03T16:49:46.139-06:00Oh, wow! Well, if I were a child again...

We got a snowstorm for one day, as I just posted on my blog (among other things). I am just not a snow person anymore. Snow isn't good for wheelchairs. And there's all that shoveling if you have to get out. I could be very happy in a Mediterranean climate for the rest of my life!
Ann Best, Author of In the Mirror, A Memoir of Shattered SecretsAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6757567191914795875.post-68197582312548871572011-11-03T16:32:48.341-06:002011-11-03T16:32:48.341-06:00Mohamed, that's exactly what I said, especiall...Mohamed, that's exactly what I said, especially after the second snowstorm showed up. I waded out and shook the snow off this little tree to save its shape, but got most of the snow down my neck.
