Book Trailer for Dead Politician Society

Tomorrow I'm pleased to have guest blogger Robin Spano, who is on her blog book tour for Dead Politician Society, here to tell us about her lighthearted approach to murder (in fiction, of course). I thought you'd like to see her excellent book trailer in advance:

I hope you'll join us tomorrow for the rest of the story.

Well, that's a prettty fab title for a book and a good trailer, too. I like books trailers now.

Patricia - Thanks for sharing this :-). Book trailers are a really interesting marketing tool, and I look forward to Robin's post about her book.

Well done trailer!

Good trailer. I've watched it with and without the music. Though I like both, without is eerie.
Tomorrow should be fun.

Great book trailer. Did Robin do it herself?

Thanks guys. I made it, but with lots of editorial ideas from my family. My sister, for example, kept emailing me song suggestions until I agreed to replace the original voiceover!

Cool trailer. I've seen this before on another blog, although I can;t recall which one. I'll be back for the interview.

Am I the only one who thinks Edith Piaf's "Non, je ne regrette rien," is a little overpowering? Robin, I'm surprised you didn't use this, instead: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A1NN2vv2PsI

:) Fits with a "sexy and profane" heroine, and Corpus Christi...

LOL. No, Holly, you are not the first one to hate the music! I like it because it sets up the light tone of the book. (I don't regret a thing just sounds like a flippant killer to me.)

I love that song so much that I replayed the trailer a couple of times just for the music. I thought it was cool (but maybe that's my inner Francophile speaking). :)

Looks like You Tube is doing testing on their site. I have no idea whether this trailer will come back on its own when You Tube is back to normal. I guess we just wait and see. :)
