C is for Cinque-Terre, Italy

I'm going to cheat a little bit on today's post because I've already told the story of my trip to the Cinque Terre.

Last December I wrote a Friday Field Trip for Terry Odell who blogs at Terry's Place. This one was a photo essay about a hike my husband and I took back in 2000 between two of the towns in the Cinque Terre. I hope you'll follow this link for my "C" post today: Friday Field Trip - Cinque Terre.

Please tell Terry hi for me (even though she's not participating in the A to Z Challenge).

Pat - Thanks for reminding me of that great post of yours :-). Those 'photos are gorgeous. And I don't think of it as "cheating;" it's recycling :-).

Yes I remember it Patricia, but reading it again was just as good.

Those photos of the trail remind me of the trek between the observation peak and the tram on Sandia Peak in ABQ. It's a mile of up, down, and rough going!

Hi greetings from The Farm. Not cheating at all imho, as some of us, me included haven't read this piece.
That walk by the cliff is just breathtaking - reminds me of parts of Australia we have been to.

I love that you cheated or I wouldn't have been able to read the story about Italy and having never been I love to learn about new places :)

Great blog! I stopped in to welcome you to the A to Z challenge! I'm a co-host should have any questions just ask away! I do hope you'll stop by for a visit! We're also having fun on twitter (I'm @jenunedited and we're at #atozchallenge)!

The A to Z on Twitter, too? Awesome. I'll check in there later.

Hi everyone, as you probably know, I'm traveling and dealing with dial-up this week so it's slow going. I'll be visiting more and more blogs and leaving more comments here after I get back home.

This challenge is challenging enough. Some lovely photos are always welcome. I just adore Italy.

I think we all need to make this easy. There are a lot of people to visit!

So I'll head over there now.

I also recycled a post today. It seemed to fit perfectly.

I have to go to Italy someday. That is one of my biggest dreams. Your pictures were just beautiful!

Hi Patricia, thanks for the comment,I lost my confidence after losing mum and husband within 2 months, it took many years to regain my confidence via books and accepting what life dealt me.

Love to visit wonderful places like this! Wish the world were at peace. There are many places in the Middle East that are great travel destinations.

Thank you, Patricia!

The Cinque Terre is gorgeous. I used to work in a travel book store and we had these amazing picture books. There were several on the Cinque Terre and I wanted them all. Italy is definitely must see before I die destination.
