no i don't keep one, but i wish i had of done this--for one thing, daughter would have loved reading it later :)
Alex, you wouldn't have time to keep a journal even if you wanted one. :D
Lynn, I wish I had done so as well. There are many personal memories and historical events I don't recall with accuracy, so it would have been more for me than for my kids.
I kept one in my early teens, and burnt it as a grand gesture when I was about 16. Wish I hadn't! But my poetry is a kind of journal, and I wrote one on my return trip to the land of my birth - Australia.
Hi Lizy -- Poetry sounds like a great way to journal, especially about our travels. I did keep a notebook during my trip to Norway, but it's more like a stop-by-stop record without any thoughtful impressions.
